This notice explains how Golden Way Securities & Bonds handles your personal data when you use this website or leave your details through it, in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
Who we are
The data controller is Golden Way Securities & Bonds, of Dokki, Giza, Egypt.

What we collect
When you fill in the "leave your details" form, we collect:
- Your full name and mobile number.
- Your email address, if you choose to give it (optional).
- The approximate range you plan to invest, if you choose to give it (optional).
- Your consent to be contacted, and the date and time you submitted the form.
When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, your mobile number, the text of your message, and your consent for us to reply.
We also collect limited technical data that tells us where a visit came from: the page language, the page you arrived from, the first page you opened on this site, and campaign identifiers in the link (such as utm_source and fbclid).
This website never asks you for financial details, bank account details or document images. Those are collected later, as part of the formal account-opening process, not through this site.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one purpose: so that one of our brokers can contact you to open a trading account and answer your questions. We use the technical data to measure how our advertising performs and to improve the site.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of the explicit consent you give by ticking the consent box on the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing the address above.
Who sees your data
- The Golden Way team responsible for opening accounts and looking after clients.
- Google, as a data processor: form responses are stored in Google Sheets and notifications are sent through Google Apps Script.
- Cloudflare, as the host of this website.
- Measurement tools (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel), where enabled. These receive website usage data that does not include your name or mobile number.
Some of this data may be stored or processed on servers outside Egypt by those service providers.
How long we keep it
Details from people who do not go on to become clients are deleted 24 months after the last contact. Records for people who do open accounts are kept for the periods required by the regulations governing securities brokerage.
Your rights
Law 151/2020 gives you the right to:
- Know and access the personal data we hold about you.
- Have your data corrected or updated.
- Ask for your data to be erased.
- Withdraw your consent to being contacted or to your data being processed.
- Object to your data being processed for purposes other than those it was collected for.

Cookies and measurement tools
This site uses storage in your browser to remember that you have seen the cookie notice, and to hold campaign identifiers for the length of your visit. Where Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are enabled, they set their own cookies to measure visits and advertising performance. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
Data security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and form responses are held in a company Google account that only staff handling account-opening requests can reach.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
